Section 3A:25-43 - Time of filing of instrumenta. The instrument disclaiming a present interest shall be filed not later than 9 months after the death of the decedent or of the donee of the power.b. The instrument disclaiming a future interest shall be filed not later than 9 months after the happening of the event which determines the taker's right to possession, use or enjoyment of the property or interest.c.
