Section 19:32-26.9 - Preparation of annual budget request by county superintendent of elections

A county superintendent of elections shall prepare the annual budget request for the office of the county superintendent of elections pursuant to the requirements of section 3 of P.L. 2015, c. 249(C.40A:4-45.45b).
