Section 18A:64M-9.1 - Public - private partnership agreement

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 43 of P.L. 2009, c. 90(C.18A:64-85) to the contrary, Rowan University may enter into a public-private partnership agreement in accordance with the provisions of that section.
