Section 18A:35-4.29 - Instruction providedThe instruction provided pursuant to section 1 of this act shall:
a. be modeled from an instructional program established by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other nationally-recognized association with expertise in instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external defibrillator; andb. include a hands-on learning component for each participating student.Added by L. 2014, c. 36,s. 2, eff. 8/20/2014.
