Section 18A:22-8b - Required promulgation of forms, procedures

Not later than the first day of the sixth month next following the enactment of P.L. 2007, c. 53(C.18A:55-3 et al.), the Commissioner of Education shall promulgate the "user friendly," plain language budget summary forms and procedures required pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 2007, c. 53(C.18A:22-8a).
