Section 17:48F-10 - Prepaid prescription service organization deemed domestic insurera. A prepaid prescription service organization which is organized under the laws of this State shall be deemed to be a domestic insurer for the purposes of P.L. 1970, c.22 (C.17:27A-1 et seq.).b. An organization shall be subject to the provisions of N.J.S. 17B:30-1 et seq.c. The capital, surplus and other funds of an organization shall be invested in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S. 17B:20-1 et seq. and guidelines established by the commissioner by regulation.
