Such corporation shall have power to:
a. Establish, erect, maintain and manage a cathedral church within the diocese or other jurisdiction, and such other cathedral foundations, schools, faculties and other religious and charitable works as may be connected therewith, in accordance with the doctrine, discipline, and worship of the religious denomination under whose governing body it is incorporated;b. Acquire, hold, lease, mortgage or otherwise dispose of real or personal property, within such limits as may be fixed by law as to the amount of property religious corporations may hold; andc. Adopt a constitution and statutes or by-laws, consistent with law, for the management of its affairs, and provide therein for the election or appointment from among its members of a chapter, or governing body, which shall have the control and management of the estate, property and affairs of the corporation.
