N.H. Rev. Stat. § 638:27
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If any act performed in furtherance of the offenses prohibited by RSA638:26 occurs in this state or if any victim of the offenses prohibited by RSA638:26 resides in this state, the offense shall be deemed to have occurred in this state.
