Section 436:28 - Issuance of Health CertificatesI. The commissioner may prepare and issue health certificates for interstate shipment of livestock and poultry.II. The commissioner may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, for the preparation and issuance of health certificates authorized by paragraph I.1985, 72:1, eff. July 1, 1985.
