Section 310-B:12-l - Appraisal Management Company; Appraisal ReportsI. An appraisal management company may not alter, modify, or otherwise change a completed appraisal report submitted by an appraiser without the appraiser's written consent, except as necessary to comply with regulatory mandates or legal requirements.II.
