Section 310-A:19 - Interstate Licensure; Temporary PermitI. [Repealed by 2024 amendment.]II. Applicants who are certified by the National Council of Engineering Examiners (NCEE) may apply for licensure by having their NCEE record sent to the office and by furnishing such other information on a standard application form as the office may direct.III. A person not a resident of and having no established place of business in this state who wishes to practice or to offer to practice engineering in this state may make application to the office for a temporary permit. A temporary permit shall be limited to practice on a specific project in this state for a period not to exceed 6 months in any one calendar year, provided such person is a licensed professional engineer in a state or country where the requirements and qualifications for obtaining a certificate of licensure are substantially equivalent to or higher than those specified in this subdivision.
