Section 310-A:143 - Rulemaking AuthorityI. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character;(c) How an applicant shall be examined;(d) The criteria for a license to be renewed or reinstated, including late fees and any requirements for continuing education;(f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;(g) Matters related to the proper administration of this subdivision;(h) [Repealed by 2023 amendment.](i) The design of an official seal; and(j) The issuance of corporate practice certificates.Amended by 2024, 327:227, eff. 7/1/2024.Amended by 2023, 212:53, eff. 10/3/2023.Amended by 2021 , 197: §§145, 146, 148 eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by 2014 , 174: 13, eff. 9/9/2014. 2006, 246 : 3 . 2014, 174 : 13 , eff.
