Section 310-A:32 - Rulemaking AuthorityI. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character;(c) How an applicant shall be examined;(d) The criteria for a license to be renewed or reinstated, including any requirements for continuing education;(f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;(g) Matters related to the proper administration of this subdivision;(h) [Repealed by 2023 amendment.](i) The design of an official seal;(l) The requirements for retired status.II. In adopting any rule under this section, the board shall consult with the office of professional licensure and certification established under RSA 310.III.
