N.H. Rev. Stat. § 260:35
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The road tolls shall be used initially to pay the interest and principal due on any bonds and notes issued pertaining to highway purposes, and the remainder shall be paid into the highway fund.
