Section 30-B:13 - Reporting Requirements

The superintendent shall be subject to the following laws relative to bills, accounts, and reporting:

I.RSA 28:15, relative to payment of vouchers.

II.RSA 30:1, relative to annual reports.

III.RSA 30:3, relative to the contents and form of annual reports.
