Section 178:9 - Liquor and Wine Vendor LicenseI. A liquor and wine vendor licensee may sell liquor to the commission for resale in this state. II. Liquor and wine vendor licenses may be issued only to a manufacturer of liquor, or to the person designated by the manufacturer as the sole supplier of its products for the state of New Hampshire.III. Liquor and wine vendors shall have a licensed representative conduct their business in this state.IV. Liquor and wine vendor licensees may designate a liquor and wine representative as the sole supplier of its domestic, table, or fortified wine. 2003, 231:13, eff. July 1, 2003.
