Section 151-J:8 - [Repealed Effective 3/1/2034] Rulemaking

The commissioner of the department of labor, with the advice of members of the commission, shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, to assure de-identification of all individuals and facilities involved in the incidents received.
