N.H. Rev. Stat. § 126-BB:11
Current through the 2024 Legislative
The contracts entered into by the board, including those for consulting services or personal contract services, shall be subject to the competitive bid process. Such contracts shall also be approved by the fiscal committee of the general court, the governor, and the executive council.
