Section 706.882 - Appointment; classification; removal; restrictions on other employment1. The Director of the Department of Business and Industry shall appoint a Taxicab Administrator from a list of three names submitted to the Director by the Taxicab Authority. The Administrator serves at the pleasure of the Director. The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State.2. The Taxicab Authority may remove the Administrator for good cause shown.3.
