Section 641D.770 - Complaints: Review; authority to retain Attorney General to investigate When a complaint is filed with the Board, it shall review the complaint. If, from the complaint or from other official records, it appears that the complaint is not frivolous, the Board may:
1. Retain the Attorney General to investigate the complaint; and2.
