Section 641.023 - "Gross malpractice" defined "Gross malpractice" means malpractice where the failure to exercise the requisite degree of care, diligence or skill consists of:
1. Practicing psychology or psychotherapy with a patient while the psychologist is under the influence of an alcoholic beverage as defined in NRS 202.015 or any controlled substance;3. Willful disregard of established methods and procedures in the practice of psychology; or4.
