Section 641.316 - Injunction against person practicing without license, authorization or registration1. The Board through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing:(a) Psychology without a license or authorization to practice psychology in this State pursuant to the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact enacted in NRS 641.227; or(b) As a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee without a registration.2.
