Section 640C.210 - Employment of other personnel1. The Board may employ or contract with inspectors, investigators, advisers, examiners and clerks and any other persons required to carry out its duties and secure the services of attorneys and other professional consultants as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.2. Each employee of the Board is an at-will employee who serves at the pleasure of the Board.
