Section 639.2813 - False representation as practitioner or agent; penalties; unauthorized transmission of order for prescription by agent1. Except as provided in NRS 453.331 and 454.311, it is unlawful for any person falsely to represent himself or herself as a practitioner entitled to write prescriptions in this state, or the agent of such a person, for the purpose of transmitting to a pharmacist an order for a prescription. A person who violates the provisions of this subsection: (a) If no substantial bodily harm results, is guilty of a category D felony; or(b) If substantial bodily harm results, is guilty of a category C felony, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
2.
