Section 638.050 - Officers; representative member at meetings; employment and performance review of Executive Director; regulations1. The Board shall elect from its appointed members a President and Vice President, who serve at the pleasure of the Board.2. The Board may elect from its appointed members at least one member to act as a representative of the Board at any meeting held within the State or outside the State when the Board considers such representation beneficial.3.
