Section 630.388 - Injunctive relief1. In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Board, through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General, may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction:(a) To enjoin any prohibited act or other conduct of a licensee which is harmful to the public;(b) To enjoin any person who is not licensed under this chapter from practicing medicine, perfusion or respiratory care;(c) To limit the practice of a physician, perfusionist, physician assistant, anesthesiologist assistant or practitioner of respiratory care, or suspend his or her license to practice;(d) To enjoin the use of the title "P.A.," "P.A.-C," "C.A.A.," "R.C.P." or any other word, combination of letters or other designation intended to imply or designate a person as a physician assistant, anesthesiologist assistant or practitioner of respiratory care, when not licensed by the Board pursuant to this chapter, unless the use is otherwise authorized by a specific statute; or(e) To enjoin the use of the title "L.P.," "T.L.P.," "licensed perfusionist," "temporarily licensed perfusionist" or any other word, combination of letters or other designation intended to imply or designate a person as a perfusionist, when not licensed by the Board pursuant to this chapter, unless the use is otherwise authorized by a specific statute.2.
