Section 625A.095 - Issuance of registration to qualified persons to whom chapter does not apply

The provisions of this chapter do not preclude a person to whom the provisions do not otherwise apply pursuant to NRS 625A.0295 from being issued a registration by the Board if the person otherwise meets the requirements for the issuance of the registration.
