Section 616B.621 - Applicability to certain trainees enrolled in rehabilitation facilities1. In case of injury, coverage by industrial insurance must be provided for trainees while enrolled in a rehabilitation facility by the Rehabilitation Division of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, related to evaluation, treatment, training, surgical apparatuses or medications.2.
