Section 611.025 - Hearings by Labor Commissioner; issuance and enforcement of subpoenas1. The Labor Commissioner or a designee of the Labor Commissioner may conduct hearings in the performance of his or her duties as set forth in NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, and may: (a) Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and for the production of papers; and(b) Administer oaths, examine witnesses and take testimony.2.
