Section 597.935 - Acceptance of permanent resident card to identify customer1. If a business accepts a driver's license or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles for the purpose of identifying a customer, the business shall not refuse to accept a permanent resident card for the same purpose.2. As used in this section, "permanent resident card" means a Permanent Resident Card issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security.Added by 2017, Ch. 16,§1, eff. 7/1/2017.
