Section 584.093 - Injunction against violation of law or order; joinder of defendants1. The Director may bring an action to enjoin the violation or threatened violation of any provisions of this chapter or of any order made pursuant to this chapter in the district court in the county in which such violation occurs or is about to occur.2.
