Section 573.080 - Renewal of license

A license to operate a public livestock auction must be renewed annually upon like application and procedure as in the case of an original license to operate a public livestock auction. An application for the renewal of the license must be accompanied by the name and address of the bank or credit union where the custodial account for consignors' proceeds will be established and maintained by the operator of the public livestock auction in compliance with the provisions of NRS 573.104.
