Section 62C.320 - When writ of attachment of person may issue; penalty for violation1. The juvenile court may issue a writ for the attachment of a child or the parent or guardian of the child, or both, and command a probation officer or peace officer to bring before the juvenile court, at the time and place stated, the person or persons named in the writ if:(a) A summons cannot be served;(b) The person or persons served fail to obey the summons; or(c) The juvenile court determines that:(1) The service will be ineffectual; or(2) The welfare of the child requires that the child be brought immediately into the custody of the juvenile court.2.
