Section 548.425 - Procedure for amendment or repeal of regulations1. Any occupier of land within such district may at any time file a petition with the Commission asking that any or all of the land use regulations prescribed in any ordinance adopted by the Commission under the provisions of NRS 548.410 to 548.435, inclusive, shall be amended, supplemented or repealed.2. Land use regulations prescribed in any ordinance adopted pursuant to the provisions of NRS 548.410 to 548.435, inclusive, shall not be amended, supplemented or repealed except in accordance with the procedure prescribed in NRS 548.410 to 548.435, inclusive, for adoption of land use regulations.3.
