Section 539.623 - Form of bonds1. Bonds shall express on their faces that they were issued by the authority of this chapter and shall also state the number of the issue of which the bonds are a part.2. Bonds shall be signed by the president and the secretary, and the seal of the district shall be affixed thereto.3.
