Section 482.3643 - "Sell," "sold," "buy" and "purchase" defined

As used in NRS 482.3643 to 482.3665, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "sell," "sold," "buy" and "purchase" include exchange, barter, gift and offer or contract to buy or sell.
