Section 450.080 - Office of hospital trustee nonpartisan Except in counties where the board of county commissioners is the board of hospital trustees:
1. The offices of hospital trustees are hereby declared to be nonpartisan, and the names of candidates for such offices shall appear alike upon the ballots of all parties at all primary elections.2.
