Section 450.580 - Objections to formation of district; hearing1. At or before the time fixed for the hearing of the proposed establishment of a hospital district, any person interested may file written objections to the establishment of the district with the clerk of the board of county commissioners that proposes to establish the district.2. At the hearing, the board of county commissioners shall hear and consider any objections filed pursuant to subsection 1.3.
