Section 440.670 - Abstracted birth certificate: Issuance; contents; form; use as evidence1. Upon request, the State Registrar shall supply to any applicant a certificate reciting the birth date, sex, race and birthplace of any person whose birth is registered under the provisions of this chapter. The certificate must show that the data therein contained is as disclosed by the record of the birth.2. The Board may, by regulation, authorize county health officers to issue such certificates. The Board shall determine the standard form for the abstracted certificates.3.
