Section 427A.395 - Duties concerning money received and expenses incurred1. All money received by the Forum must be deposited in a bank, credit union or other financial institution in this state and paid out on its order for its expenses.2. The President, with the assistance of the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau, shall administer any account established pursuant to subsection 1.3.
