Section 424.0153 - [Effective on the earlier of 7/1/2025, or the date on which the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department of Health and Human Services notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that there is sufficient money available to carry out the provisions of those sections and an agency which provides child welfare services is prepared to participate in the Extended Young Adult Support Services Program] "Independent living foster home" defined "Independent living foster home" means a foster home which provides assistance with the transition to independent living for children who have entered into an agreement to transition to independent living and for children who:
1. Are at least 16 years of age;2. Are not related within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity to any natural person maintaining or operating the home; and3.
