Section 422A.620 - Duties of Director: Establishment and administration of program; establishment of standards of eligibility; specification of benefits; regulations1. The Director shall establish and administer a program through which a person may donate money to provide health insurance for a child whose parents or guardians are not able to provide such insurance.2. The Director shall, by regulation: (a) Establish a standard of eligibility for the enrollment of children in the program; and(b) Specify the benefits which must be provided in the policy of health insurance.3.
