Section 422.27237 - State Plan for Medicaid: Inclusion of requirement for payment of certain costs for services of pharmacist; rate of reimbursement1. The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079.2. The State must provide reimbursement for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079 at a rate equal to the rate of reimbursement provided to a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse for similar services.Added to NRS by 2023, 2365Added by 2023, Ch. 398,§5.5, eff. 1/1/2024.
