Section 332.820 - Effect of collusion among responding offerors or advance disclosures of information1. Any agreement or collusion among responding offerors or prospective responding offerors in restraint of freedom of competition by agreement to respond with a fixed price, or otherwise, shall render the responses of such responding offerors void.2.
