Section 293C.261 - Ballot to indicate date of election and at which election ballot will be used1. A ballot prepared for use in a city election must be dated and marked in such a manner as to indicate clearly at which city election the ballot will be used.2. If a ballot includes a detachable stub, both the ballot and the stub must include the date of the city election and indicate clearly at which city election the ballot will be used.3.
