Section 279.405 - "Public educational activities and programs" defined1. "Public educational activities and programs" includes, without limitation:(a) Early childhood education programs;(c) Summer learning programs, before- and after-school programs and other instruction at times during the year when school is not in session; and(d) Wrap-around services.2.
