Section 278A.220 - Evaluation of design, bulk and location of buildings; unreasonable restrictions prohibited1. An ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter must set forth the standards and criteria by which the design, bulk and location of buildings is evaluated, and all standards and all criteria for any feature of a planned unit development must be set forth in that ordinance with sufficient certainty to provide criteria by which specific proposals for a planned unit development can be evaluated.2.
