Section 278A.090 - Adoption of certain requirements, procedures, standards and conditions by ordinance Each ordinance enacted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must:
1. Require the plan to be set forth in written and graphic materials, as specified in the ordinance;2. Set forth procedures by which the city or county will review an application for a plan, which must include, without limitation, procedures by which the city or county will review an application for a plan which calls for development over a period of years;3. Set forth procedures by which the city or county will review and process an application to modify, remove or release any provision of the plan pursuant to NRS 278A.410; and4.
