Section 278A.590 - Decisions subject to review; limitation on time for commencement of action or proceeding1. Any decision of the city or county under this chapter granting or denying tentative or final approval of the plan or authorizing or refusing to authorize a modification in a plan is a final administrative decision and is subject to judicial review in properly presented cases.2.
