Section 218H.065 - "Immediate family" defined1. "Immediate family," with regard to a specific person, means: (a) The spouse or domestic partner of the person;(b) A relative who lives in the same home or dwelling as the person; or(c) A relative who does not live in the same home or dwelling as the person but who is dependent on and receiving substantial support from the person.2.
